Bahía de Banderas eases to yellow alert, but beaches stay closed
The municipality stepped down to yellow alert overnight Monday, but red flags still fly from Nuevo Vallarta to Lo de Marcos and lifeguards and state police are keeping people out of the water. Beaches reopen only when authorities announce it.
