Hurricane Rachel stays far offshore, no coastal warnings
Rachel is a Category 1-strength hurricane well out in the Pacific, south-southwest of Baja's tip and drifting west, away from Sayulita. No watches are posted, but its swells are reaching west-central Mexico, so expect bigger surf and rip currents.
