Punta Paraíso's tower one comes down in stages over about 90 days
Crews will build a rock platform so excavators can reach tower one and take it down in stages, with two sea barriers to catch debris. Nobody, residents or visitors, may enter the work zone, and beach access is closed at both ends of the site.
